Where do I pick up my items?

All items come with FREE DELIVERY. Items will be dropped off at your beach house prior to your arrival, and picked up at 10 a.m. Please make sure all items are left in the same location they were dropped off at.

How do you know which vacation rental we are in?

We use the unique code from your BeachBox confirmation email. If you are having trouble finding this code, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist. (832) 304-9987 or

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

Can I leave my items on the beach overnight?

No. Items that are left on the beach overnight will be discarded by Galveston Parks Board and you will be liable.

Will I be charged if I return the items damaged?

If items are lost or damaged, you will be charged up to the retail costs of each item.

Do paddles and life vests automatically come with the kayaks and paddle boards?

Yes. All kayaks and paddle boards will automatically come with paddles and life vests. Additional life vests are available for a flat fee of $5.

Do I need to put down a security deposit for renting beach gear?

No but we hold a card on file incase damages occur.

Will I be charged for a full day even though items are delivered at 4?

Yes, however we do not charge on pickup day and you can keep the items until 11 a.m.

What is the cancellation policy?

No refund will be issued with less than 3 days prior notice. A 50% refund will be given if canceled more than 3 days before reservation date. Cancellations due to weather will receive a refund in the form of a gift card. No refunds will be given if items have been delivered.
